Returns Eligibility

We offer free returns in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Customers are eligible for returns if the product has a manufacturing defect. We are committed to replacing or refunding items with manufacturing defects.
  • Damage During Shipping: If a product is damaged during the shipping process, we will provide free returns. You may choose to receive a refund for the damaged item or request a replacement shipment at no additional cost. Returns Exclusions

We do not offer free returns in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: If you decide to return a product due to a change of mind while it is in good condition and matches its description, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated fees. HisLegend.com will not cover these expenses.
  • Physical Damage: Products with physical damage caused by external factors (e.g., damaged packaging, breakage) are not eligible for returns.
  • Misuse and Improper Use: Products damaged due to misuse or improper use, as outlined in the product's user manual, are not eligible for returns.
  • Handmade/Personalized Products: Products that are handmade and personalized cannot be returned or refunded if they have already been produced or delivered, as they are customized to your specific requests.

Refund Policy

We understand that certain situations may require refunds. Our Refund Policy extends for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Handmade/Personalized Product Refunds:

  • 100% Refund Before Production Begins: If you request a refund immediately after placing an order and the product has not yet entered production (usually within 24 hours of placing the order), you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact our customer care team at support@hislegend.com.
  • 100% Refund for Damaged or Defective Products: If your personalized or handmade product is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a full refund. Please provide images of the damaged product for our assessment.

To be eligible for any refund, the item must remain in the condition that it was received, with its original packaging (if applicable).


Partial Refunds

Items with obvious signs of use or damage not caused during shipping or production may qualify for a partial refund at our discretion.


Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer care team at support@hislegend.com:

  1. We will require photos of the product and a receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. You will receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund (full or partial) based on the details provided.
  3. If approved, please return the product to the address provided by our support team (do not return items to the manufacturer's address on the packaging).
  4. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days (3-5 business days depending on your bank or credit card provider).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. Processing times can vary.
  • If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@hislegend.com.
