• No Returns: Personalized products cannot be returned once production has begun or after delivery, as they are customized specifically for you.

• Refunds:

  • Full Refund Before Production: 100% refund if the order is canceled before production starts (within 24 hours of purchase).
  • Full Refund for Damaged or Defective Items: If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, a full refund is available after submitting proof (photos of the item).

• Conditions: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in the condition it was received, with original packaging where applicable.

• Partial Refunds: At our discretion, for products showing signs of use or damage not caused during shipping or production.
