Returns Policy

• No Returns: Personalized products cannot be returned once production has begun or after delivery, as they are customized specifically for you.

• Refunds:

  • Full Refund Before Production: 100% refund if the order is canceled before production starts (within 24 hours of purchase).
  • Full Refund for Damaged or Defective Items: If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, a full refund is available after submitting proof (photos of the item).

• Conditions: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in the condition it was received, with original packaging where applicable.

• Partial Refunds: At our discretion, for products showing signs of use or damage not caused during shipping or production.

Shipping

• Processing Time: Orders process in 1-3 business days (custom items take 5-7 business days).

• Shipping Times:

  • US: 7-15 business days
  • Canada/Europe/Other Countries: 10-17 business days
  • Custom items: Additional 5-10 business days.

• Tracking: Provided via email within 5-7 business days.

• Order Changes/Cancellations: Update or cancel orders within 24 hours by emailing support@hislegend.com. Changes are not possible after shipping.

• Damaged Items: Report damages with photos to support@hislegend.com for a free replacement.
