* Available Metal Choices are Aluminum (silver-colored), Brass (gold-colored), and Copper (rose gold-colored).
* Available Metal Finishes are Hammered-Textured, All Smooth, or Hammered Edges.
* Bracelet is approx 6" long and 1/4" wide.
* You can fit up to 60 characters on the outside of the bracelet -- to fit more we'd have to make the font smaller.
How To Order:

3. In the provided Notes section, tell us what phrase want it to say on the outside (if different from the picture), and the Name you want on the inside.

No Returns: Personalized products cannot be returned once production has begun or after delivery, as they are customized specifically for you.

Refunds:
- Full Refund Before Production: 100% refund if the order is canceled before production starts (within 24 hours of purchase).
- Full Refund for Damaged or Defective Items: If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, a full refund is available after submitting proof (photos of the item).
Conditions: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in the condition it was received, with original packaging where applicable.
Partial Refunds: At our discretion, for products showing signs of use or damage not caused during shipping or production.

Processing Time: Orders process in 1-3 business days (custom items take 5-7 business days).
